Though it was small in the beginning, today “Ravi pipes and wires” has become one of the largest manufacturers of PVC conduit pipes, casing and capping, PVC bends and wires and cables in North India, whose network is rapidly expanding across India. This growth is a result of our commitment which is linked to our founding principles – providing the best quality products at affordable prices.

The Genesis of "Ravi pipes and wires": A Legacy of Trust and Quality

In 1985, after his retirement, Mr. Krishan Chand Gupta gave his life savings and trust to his elder son Mr. Ravi Gupta to start a new business. Mr. Ravi along with his younger brothers Mr. Devinder Gupta and Mr. Pradeep Gupta started their entrepreneurial journey in the busy market of Bhagirath Palace in Delhi. They opened a small shop from where they started trading in electrical accessories like junction boxes, tapes and pipes. The three brothers quickly built a good reputation for their fair dealing and quality products. Mr. Ravi's business acumen, Mr. Devinder's detailed approach and Mr. Pradeep's strong customer relations made a solid team. Their dedication and ability to understand customer's needs laid the foundation for a great vision.

By 2002, with a desire to have full control over quality, the brothers shifted from trading to manufacturing. Now they started making the PVC pipes and wires themselves which they used to source from someone else earlier. During this period the true form of brand "Ravi" came to the fore - a brand which became a symbol of their father's trust, Mr. Ravi's commitment and hard work of the three brothers.

Their core philosophy has always remained the same – to provide high-quality products at affordable prices. This approach connected directly with customers, and the "Ravi" brand became a trusted name – for durable PVC conduit pipes, reliable casing and capping, sturdy PVC bends and consistent quality wires and cables.

From its modest beginning “Ravi” saw exponential growth. Its manufacturing setup and distribution network grew from North India and spread across India. Today the “Ravi” brand is an inspiration – of the vision of Mr. Krishan Chand Gupta, the dedication of his sons, and their commitment to excellence and affordability – which continues to spread light in every home and industry even today.
